Dawmt was founded by Belal Alkhatib, an engineer and technology entrepreneur with more than 27 years of experience in the technology sector, alongside a team with extensive expertise in software development and business solutions.

The platform was created in response to a clear need in the regional market for a modern HR solution that combines comprehensive functionality, simplicity, mobility, flexibility, and a deep understanding of local business practices and regulatory requirements.
